How we handle the details you leave with us

Why we collect it

One purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and, with your consent, discuss a design and build proposal with you. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Who can see it

Colleagues handling your enquiry, and the service providers listed below. It is not passed to anyone else, and it is never sold or traded.

• Supabase — database and file storage (data hosted in Singapore)
• Resend — delivers the new-enquiry notification to us
• Vercel — website hosting

How long we keep it

24 months from submission, then deleted. If we go on to work together, project records are kept separately as required by contract and Malaysian accounting and tax rules. You can ask us to delete earlier at any time.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you can make any of the following requests at any time. Contact us at the email or WhatsApp below and we will respond within 21 days, free of charge.

• Ask what we hold about you
• Correct anything inaccurate
• Ask us to delete it
• Withdraw consent, and we will stop contacting you

Cookies and analytics

We use website analytics to understand how many people visit, which pages they read, and how they found us, so we know where our content needs work. These tools store cookies in your browser that record browsing behaviour, not your identity, and we see the figures in aggregate. This is kept entirely separate from the name and phone number you enter in the enquiry form; we do not link the two. We run no advertising, and we never sell or trade any of it.

• Google Analytics — visit counts and traffic sources, processed by Google.
• To opt out: your browser's cookie-blocking settings work, as does Google's official opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Everything on this site keeps working without them.
• Our admin system uses a separate login cookie, but that affects our own staff only, not visitors.
